A DSD Lead Product Advisor will partner with your team administrators and facilitators to maximize their proficiency and acumen on the DSD platform.

This is a 6 to 8 week process.

This includes up to three live video sessions with one of our Lead Product Advisors plus additional internal DSD team time during that process.

2 Learning Groups: Learning groups can be used for templates, for each of your key corporate clients, for open enrollment, or for other uses. Our Lead Product Advisor will show you how you can leverage this unique learning container, exclusive to DSD.
*For further scaling and expansion, please ask about upgrading to unlimited groups.

No Feature Gating: Yes, access to all of our features for your bespoke needs.

White Labeling and Customizations: Customize your learning experience with custom feature names, colors, and full web platform branding.
*External platform API and immersive website integrations are additional fees.

Active USERS

Start your year on DSD with an initial 300 total unique active user instances included.

Active Users: We want you to have flexibility. Activity for any unique active user instance is measured monthly. One instance can be thought of as a seat to use the platform for any given month, and you have 300 of those flexible seats to use whenever you like throughout the entire contract year.

Discounted User Rate: After the first 300 user threshold count is reached, each additional user instance is billed at less than half our standard $15 rate. You’ll pay $7 per active user per month (previously only available at the 20,000 user tier), from day one.

What is a Learning Group?

A “Learning Group” is defined as a container for all learning activities (courses, events, etc) on the platform that has its own unique subdomain, features, branding, and users. Clients can use learning groups for different purposes, including for: a large client; an open enrollment group; testing new courses; or for templates.

What is an Active Monthly User Instance?

An “Active Monthly User Instance” is any account with a unique username and password that may access your content using the DSD Platform and logs into the platform in any given month to use the platform - usage is measured monthly.
‍*For Yearly Plans, the initial number of user instances is the sum total of Monthly Active User Instances and can be used anytime during the entire year’s agreement.

What are the cancellation terms?

Clients may terminate their Dream See Do subscription License at any time for any or no reason without a refund. To cancel a License, please visit your payment settings within your Dream See Do Account profile located at https://www.dreamseedo.org. If you have canceled your Dream See Do License, you will lose access to all features of the Service.Clients, in their discretion, may terminate the access any of their authorized Users has to the Service at any time. Termination of a User’s access to the Service can be effected by the Administrator by removing the User’s account from the groups and courses they manage with the assignment feature located at https://www.dreamseedo.org.
