How personalized is Saige?
Every new experience is customized to the goals, role, and context you enter. Templates help shape the format, such as micro learning, habit building, or strategy work.
Can Saige adapt if my needs or schedule change?
Yes. Saige adjusts exercises and reflections based on your learning goals and priorities. Saige Coach can also shift your learning pace as you share updates.
How does Saige respond to confidence levels or challenge zones?
Learners can share questions, reflections, or challenges, and Saige Coach offers responses that help them think through next steps with confidence and a growth mindset.
Are there predefined frameworks, and can they be changed?
Templates guide structure, such as text length or number of exercises. You can override content or create new experiences anytime.
Human + AI Collaboration
How do I turn Saige Coach on or off?
Each learning experience has a setting to enable or disable Saige Coach. It’s on by default.
What role can human coaches, managers, or peers play?
Admins can invite managers, peers, or coaches to review learner responses and offer feedback. They decide who sees what and how involved each supporter is.
Can team leads review insights and plans alongside learners?
Yes. Managers and coaches can view dashboards to see progress, engagement, and detailed learner responses. They can also leave comments and guidance.
How does Saige keep AI and human input aligned?
AI support appears inside the learning experience. Human feedback appears in the course dashboard. If peer learning is enabled, it becomes the primary feedback method.

Results depend on consistency, but many learners report meaningful improvements in as little as fifteen minutes a day, a few times a week.

Yes. Saige is built for people skills, which we call Power Skills. These skills grow through practice, reflection, and ongoing feedback.
Privacy
What data does Saige collect, and who can see it?
Saige collects basic user information plus learning responses. Only the learner and authorized admins can view it. Privacy settings control visibility for peer learning.
How is privacy protected?
We use AES-256 encryption at rest, ISO 27001 data centers, and regular third-party penetration testing. Data never trains AI models. We use Anthropic (Claude), which does not train on user content.
How does Saige avoid bias?
Saige uses programmed guardrails, prompt engineering, and the safety systems included with Anthropic’s Claude.
Can human reviewers override AI guidance?
Admin review options are available. (You can add the final process when it’s defined.)
